Obligatory Intro Post
Welcome to Pods and Pills!
I’m an EVE online player, as well as a general gamer (and a variety of other things of course, but I suspect you’re not particularly interested in those) and in this blog, I’ll endeavour to give you a little tour of my corner of the EVE universe.
EVE is a huge, multifaceted beast of a game, with most players completely unaware of the action’s of those outside of their radar. This is especially true of low-sec (low security) areas, zones which were initially planned as bridges between the law abiding high-sec areas and the anarchic chaos of nulsec areas, but that have now turned into something quite different and unique: home of pirates and killers, scammers and the less risk averse of traders, in many ways it has become even more dangerous than nulsec.
Low-sec is my neck of the woods, as I’m a booster manufacturer (and part time pirate when the mood strikes me). Myself and my corporation, Knowledge Stick Station (KSS) endeavour to create, smuggle, and then sell off combat enhancing drugs to PvP players all over the EVE universe of New Eden, and this makes for a diverse and incredibly action packed life.
Over the next few months (years? centuries? millenia? Who knows!) I’ll do my best to give you an overview of what we do, how we do it, and probably incredibly exagerated tales of what we encounter upon our travels.
